Does HMO Blue Massachusetts cover the Gardasil vaccine?

I’m looking into getting the injections because it could pay off in the long run; I could be one less statistic. Does anyone know if HMO Blue in Massachusetts cover it? It’s a $300.00 shot, but I’m hoping that it’s at least mostly covered.

      Check in your Subscriber Handbook/Drug Formulary or call Customer Service…they are usually very helpful
