My HMO confirmed my PCP online and my mail-when I went-they refused to pay-denying that my PCP is my PCP-I complaned to the state-and tehn they said ok-it is your PCP-but the office is not the office-and routine treatment for a throat infection is not covered (It’s supposed to be)

whtat else can i do-i cannot afford a lawyer
they initially denied my appeal-still inisting that the PCP they say is the PCP isn’t the PCP
How long does it actually take to get to the mediation level-there are multiple levels of appeals before it is referred to remediation-and tehy took over 30 days for the 1st appeal….
In the mean time I can’t get referrals-and my kneww has been swollen for 5 months
