For it that means certain people would have coverage and then someone shows up there with cold and then someone shows up there would no longer be sliding scale according to your pay my deductible and they dont have to pay on how youd.

I can’t defend the concept better than Adam did.
It is VERY possible, we have simply chosen not to do it in the past because we have allowed ourselves to be convinced the quality our health care will fall off if the government became involved.
The real truth is that the Government has always been involved. When poor people go to the emergency room, the hospitals bill the government. We pay for it ANYWAY.
Doing it this way just makes it less expensive overall and improves health for all. That is why a republican like Gov. Schwartzenegger pushed for this type of reform in his state.
