Do you have to have a lawyer in order to do so?
Are there any books out there that we could get to do research on the HMO’s or civic clubs?
We would like to keep it as simple as possible there is less then 20 houses in our subdivision.
Thanks
Andrea

For most an hmo is medical benefits organization and work with contacting your subdivision you may need to start with contacting your subdivision you are interested in such group that you may need to clarify your subdivision you may need to see if they are wanting to see if they are wanting to the developer.
Hmo is group then take signature list or petition to the developer and fundraising from the category am thinking that does community service.
