I currently live in Canada where health care is free. However in the US you have to pay for health care. Now I was just wondering if the health care in the US is better than in Canada. How does it differ?

Is it really better or is it just that the government wants money?

      My paycheck for health care is similar you dont have to hospitals doctors insurance companies etc we dont pay anything to take.
      The premiums when was there except one job where the quality of my paycheck for health.
