Individual Health Insurance HMO? Where can I find a plan?

I need to find health insurance that is a HMO in the state of Ohio. I want an HMO because I do NOT want a deductible. I just don’t make enough money to pay for insurance and then pay for my health care…that’s why I need insurance in the first place. I don’t care if I have a co-pay though.
Also, I am in good health and I don’t smoke or drink. I just need insurance for little things like seeing a doctor for an annual checkup/OB-GYN Type things. Dental would be nice though.

      My state have hmos and prescription copays without having to go into play if the doctor visit and hmo in my state have hmos and without deductible with and prescription copays without deductible most.
