New healthcare bill?

I heard on the news that this new healthcare bill would provide subsidized healthcare for families making up to $170,000 a year. WTF!!!!!!!! If you can’t afford health insurance making that kind of money, there is something wrong. As it stands right now I make less than $20,000 a year, have two children and don’t qualify for subsidized healthcare. What I really don’t understand is why they are always helping those who WONT help themselves (the welfare rats get free healthcare) and the rich get help, but what about the working class??
