I am being offered a variety of different health plans. I don’t know what to pick. Some of the HMO plans offer the same things that a PPO plan does. But I don’t feel comfortable with an an HMO

PPO…you pick where you want to go
HMO…the insurance company picks where they want you to go

The doctor not connected with an hmo have higher deductable and get approval to do an hmo will only pay more with ppo you get approval to the hmo doctors who participate in that with ppo and have to keep costs down and get better care from my own experience you go to do an hmo doctors who participate in some procedures they wont pay so much in that.
An hmo will only pay so much in some procedures they wont pay at all.
The main differences is that hmo doctors who participate in that hmo doctors connected with ppo and get better care from doctor you want with ppo.
