Question about healthcare?

If you saw my other question called “Question about Clinton and Obama” and you read it you’ll know that I am a 13 year old who has taken an interest in politics. Anyway, in my last question I got a response saying that Clinton wants to force everyone to have healthcare, which, as the person states, would cost a lot of money. The person then said that Obama wants to give healthcare only to the people that want it. Don’t both candidates sort of want the same thing? Obama wants to give healthcare to the people that want it, but doesn’t EVERYONE want healthcare? I’m confused.

Both Hillary and Obama would try to force us into government run health care. The government as you probably know does not do anything efficiently ,effectively and most all government run programs are full of waste, fraud and abuse. Most government run or socialized medicine programs are huge failures in other countries where it has been tried. I hope and pray we are not that stupid enough to elect Democrats that will force it on us.
