another employee, harrassment, threats etc. The HR Dept canceled 3 times, it seems as though no one is doing anything about it. The person is a union member. So the union representing me in this case is a conflict of interest. I feel no one is on my side. should i get a laywer.
it also seems that certain management is favoring this particular individual.
