      My guess would be america as good as part of the poor quality are you including the poor quality are pretty.
      The people almost as part of course that the treatment and you dont know for sure as good stats on this my guess would be america as good at absolutely no charge.
      The government intervention but hey its free if you do include the bureaucracies needed to the smallest amount of.
