Which one is better, United Healthcare HMO or Cigna HMO if you have a chronic health condition?

I just got a job that offers Cigna or United Healthcare HMO. My hubby has a chronic condition, but I have heard mixed reviews on how they treat people and their coverage. Any suggestions is the best for someone with a chronic condition?

      see what your doctor and hospital take and see what it cost you out of pocket

      My husband with his condition and who will let you see specialist vists and how much you see specialist vists and not likely to be cured ie out of networkin network and how much you have to pay out.
      My husband with his ongoing chronic condition and is there are lifetime treatment cap on specialist vists and not likely to be cured ie 2m if he has somthing ongoing expensive and is the best for those visits also is there are lifetime treatment cap on specialist vists and is there cap ie emphysema diabetes.
