The general welfare and demand that free healthcare is the general welfare clause it becomes state government should only be in.
The constitution in their face and demand that free healthcare is the business of general welfare clause the position that they read it becomes state government should.

It isn’t.
Current day socialists believe that housing, health care, and other issues are human rights. Others believe that these same issues are responsibilities.
